Beschreibung
This livestock sector also plays a significant role in supplementing family income and gainful employment in rural sector, particularly, among the small, marginal and landless labourers including women folk. To enhance the production potential of our livestock the only way is to introduce improved AH technologies for mass adoption and to create critical and necessary infrastructural facilities important for adoption of AH practices. There are various factors that can influence in any stage of adoption. Keeping these in view, the author took an attempt to study on adoption behaviour of livestock owners about selected AH practices in different ACZ of W.B., India. The study was conducted with 2620 livestock owners throughout state and developed separately six knowledge scales on different AH Practices .The entire study has been depicted nicely with the help of statistical analysis. Hope, this published book with full of scientific information will be definitely helpful to all researchers, students, social scientists, policy makers and other academicians engaged in this field.
